Try this. Quick and easy, and guess what, my kids will even eat it.
I call it Easy Chicken Bake
What you will need:
Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless and thawed)
Swiss Cheese
Stuffing (I use PeppeRidge Farm Cornbread Stuffing)
What to do:
In a baking dish put the chicken on the bottom.
Next a layer of Swiss cheese.
Pour the Cream of Chicken soup on top of that.
Last sprinkle the Stuffing on top.
Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes.
Easy as that! Now back to a game of Sorry with the kiddos ;)
I will be linking up with these fab parties today!!

Your recipes rock! I LOVED the chicken pillows when I made them. I'll be trying this one tonight actually after work. Perfect timing my friend!

ReplyDeleteThis is awesome! Thanks for sharing :) This will be for dinner tonight at our house for sure!
ReplyDeleteHope you like it as much as we do over here Melissa! Enjoy :)
ReplyDeleteNot sure how to comment on my comment? Anyhoo, first, thanks for the compliment Brit. My hubby thinks YOU cook better than me :) Made this last night. AWESOME. I tweaked it a bit. Had no stuffing so I used seasoned bread crumbs. Worked great. Both my hubby and son asked for seconds. SCORE!
ReplyDeleteHi! Stopping by to invite you to link this up to Thrifty Thursdays. Blessings!
