What's For Dinner?? (when your tired)

Oh man, it is Friday night, I have spent too much time on the computer, or the scrapbook table, or just playing with the kids ;) What to make, what to make??

Try this. Quick and easy, and guess what, my kids will even eat it.

I call it Easy Chicken Bake

What you will need:
Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless and thawed)
Swiss Cheese
Stuffing (I use PeppeRidge Farm Cornbread Stuffing)

What to do:
In a baking dish put the chicken on the bottom.
Next a layer of Swiss cheese.
Pour the Cream of Chicken soup on top of that.
Last sprinkle the Stuffing on top.
Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes.

Easy as that! Now back to a game of Sorry with the kiddos ;)
I will be linking up with these fab parties today!!

  7. Not sure how to comment on my comment? Anyhoo, first, thanks for the compliment Brit. My hubby thinks YOU cook better than me :) Made this last night. AWESOME. I tweaked it a bit. Had no stuffing so I used seasoned bread crumbs. Worked great. Both my hubby and son asked for seconds. SCORE!
